Which year would that be AD trucks 47-early the 55 or TF late 55-59? Some of the TF trucks had 4wd option, but kind of hard to come by.

Prices vary, but you can find some pretty cheap if you look.

Do a search for NAPCO. Here is one of the threads

There have also been a number of conversions done here, I think there are currently 3, including mine, underway. Its not any harder than doing a clip or S10 conversion.

Re: man i love this year of trucks

Well poke, you could take your truck down to the frame and put the sheetmetal off the truck of choice on it. That's the way I made mine. (77 short wheel base). Yes, the frontend is a little wide. but if your going big tires and wheels their going to stick out anyway. An S-10 might be a better starter for a AD truck.

Hey Poke,

There's been a truck like Bigblue posted for sale in Kijiji under Toronto, Canada that is similar but finished with a nice paint job. It isn't there today but he was asking $12000 Canadian. It is on a full size gm truck frame with huge wheels. The paint is Viper Red with flames on the front and the "Hot Wheels" logo across the tailgate.
