Pictures: I believe the 71-72 are different from the earlier models, they are sold separate in Brothers, Classic parts etc. This one has been modified to the inside the cab release the only problem is I have AC and the condenser is in the way so I cannot use it.

I believe the 69-72 GMC are all the same. It is the 71-72 Chevy that is different than 69-70 Chevy. I should have a couple around. $10.00 for good used. Do you need the center grill support also? WES

Both the 67/68 GMC and Chevy latches are different in the same way the hoods are different.The bump-up part at the front is sloped back more,just like the hoods.
