May Have Found Some Tires... question
Well I found some used tires and wheels today on craigslist. They are all terrain tires from a suburban. They are 31x 10.50 in the front with 33x 12 in the rear. Does anyone have any idea what this type of setup would look like on my 73 3/4 ton camper special... I never have seen this before though a buddy of mine said that its kinda old school... Any pics would be great !!!!!

Re: May Have Found Some Tires... question
Is the truck a 2wd or 4wd? It is an old school raked look. I don't like it personally would rather have all 4 tires the same size, especially when they are big off road type tires.
The only truck I like that has different sized tires it the "Quagmire". http://www.ramblerman.com/rambler/quagmire.jpg |
Re: May Have Found Some Tires... question
If it is 4 wheel drive you can't run diameter tires or you will destroy the transfer case. If it is 2WD it will just look really "country" :)

Re: May Have Found Some Tires... question
I've been running 31x10.50R15 tires on 15x8 chrome ralleyes for well over 15 years. That tire/wheel combo makes most people think my 2wd is a 4x4. I like the feel and height better than the stock tire/wheel set-up.
