Here's the pics of the seat. It has one cig hole in the top and two wear holes in the back. Let me know if interested. Thanks, Tom

OK, so it bolts down, rather than latching to the floor? Does the backrest fold forward (release lever on the side), or is it stationary?

Yeap, it bolts down. It has all 4 brackets. It folds forward, the release is on the pass side.
