Another Toy, Craigslist is evil!!! 50cc ATV
 

Well, just returned from a 180 mile round trip to Philly to pick up the new toy. A 2002 LT-A50 Suzuki 50cc quadsport for the kids.. I have seen 1986 LT-50's going for $400-500 and 2002 and newer for $800-$1200 so I figured I better jump on this one right away.

Only paid $450! and it's in great shape. I'll have some actual pics tomorrow when I unload it. Runs great and the owner had kids that were into atv's and go kart racing, plus he had a house that must have been well over the $1M mark...

Should be fun for the kids and now I don't have to charge that darn powerwheels anymore. Although I see plenty of fights with three kids and one ATV...

Looks like one I had when I was a kid. Bad thing was I rolled it into a warm water slew. Not a good thing. My dad sold it right after I had my "accident"

well, we had our first "accident" this morning, DAY1!!!!

Mikey was riding fine, throttle set pretty low but it speeds up downhill. i turn to grab my water bottle, look back and see the 4 wheeler up against the slide and feet sticking from the front... He wasn't watching and ran into the slide, flew over the handle bars and landed on the slide and ground head first... he cried a little, shook it off and was ready to get back on, we called it a day and went inside at that point...

slice off some of that truck money like I did and get one... the kids love it.. we only have an acre but it's enough for them.

cool! arent you glad you waited!! i am glad the kids like it! that is always a good time and good memories for them.

i can see it now 2" of snow a bunch of donuts!!

heck ya... this thing is powerful enough for mom and dad to drive too... and the newer model has shocks...

man is'nt it a blast to see the kids have so much fun. bought my boys a 90 model LT 50 cc in 97. they loved the heck out of that thing. they got older and we got a pair of Honda Recons, i thought they were the happiest kids in the world. Fast forward and they are 19 & 17, and the ATV's have'nt been ridden in a year. Enjoy them while they're young........

yep, dad is the one that spoils them with the fun toys, moms toys are all covered by Santa still!
