I first started off in solidworks to designs the bead roller

Sick! I just picked one up (not nearly as beefy). Did you use the shafts/gears/etc from another one? BTW nice LOGO.

SolidWorks is the coolest isn't? I've had one semester of SD and am looking for an advanced class, but no luck. I guess I should just practice doing all the projects in the book.

Yea I'll take some picture later today. I've rolled inside 3" aluminum tubing, aluminum .060 plate. 14g hot rolled steel, 16g hot rolled steel, and 16g cold rolled steel

Nice shop tool ......you would think that you could market those in prewelded form.
