WTB Complete manual throttle setup for 67
 

I am looking for a complete manual throttle setup for my 67. My 67 never came with a manual throttle, so I need the whole works from the knob all the way to the piece that hooks up to the carb/linkage.
Post what you have, with pictures if possible, as well as a price shipped to Brookings, SD 57006.

Just in case you do not find a complete setup, I have the piece that bolts to the throttle lever.
