Difference between 02 and 03 silverado seats?

As the title states, it seems GM did something different with the 03+ seats compared to the 99-02's. Or did they? I sat in a leather silverado bucket today and I'm hooked. I have to swap my truck over. I found a guy selling the actual leather covers (not slips, but the actual take off the cloth skin and replace it with the leather skin) but he has them listed as 03-07. Anyone know if the seats actually got any real changes, or did they just get a different pattern sewed in them? Kinda like the difference between all of the 67-72 covers, the years are all different, but they all fit the seat.

I don't want to make a several hundred dollar boo boo. We also have a new UPULL just opened in my area, I'll be checking that out for complete seats soon!

I know most leather seats are power seats. My cousin has a 02 2500 Crew cab with power leather seats, and they sit taller than my 03 1500HD Crew cab with cloth seats. I'm not sure of any change to the design of the seats from the earlier to the later ones.

Yes they are, very much so! What I don't know, and am afraid of as well, is that the leather seats have better cushioning under the leather as well, so just replacing the covers would be a waste of money, I want the comfort more than the look (but I also want charcoal seats with no damage, so I guess I'm really picky.)

Also the connectors under the seat for the air bags and seat belts are different. You'll have to repin the connector OR swap the harnesses out from one seat to another (pain in the ass) I just did this in my 04. I put 05 seats in my 04 work truck.
