If you look at my post almost right under this one it says can someone tell me what my seat is out of or something like that. It didnt bolt right up you had to drill new holes but it fits

Ive got some buckets, but i would like to find a bench with a cut out.

Most of them all bolt right up with some engineering. :)

Here's mine. I got the rear seat of an 86-87 crewcab and removed the bottom rails and replaced them with the rails form the old seat. The front seat was basically the same but the rear looked better and tilted forward.

Well sorta. I didn't want to drill holes on the truck because I intend to reinstall the original or another original.

I had to redrill some holes on the bottom of the seat frame to bolt the rails to and slighly bend the old seat rail to line up. But, it really wasn't that difficult.

i would rather do that than drill holes. i was thinking i had seen gm work trucks with a cutout for the shifter as my truck has been changed to a floor shifter.
