Frame VIN Decode, please?

Hi guys,

I'm having trouble decoding the VIN on my frame, can you help? It's supposed to be 1966 C10 2WD.

Here is what is stamped on the driver side rail above the steering box: H142946

Any info would be awesome, thanks!

Hopefully someone else will chime in, because I'm not 100% on this, but it's been discussed here before and I think some of those numbers are a match of your actual VIN. Do you have a title to verify this? I don't think you can actually decode the frame numbers.
Anyone else?
