New pic of my truck!! Let's try this again

Well ok, maybe not...But someday it will look like this. If I can't work on it for real, this is the next best thing.

Ok, I've been playing with it and I think this is exactly what I want mine to look like someday. What do you guys think of that paint scheme and color combo??

That is a good photochop!! :)

low 84 01-14-2003 03:54 PM

my friend has since takin the cowl hood off the truck, i think he want to get a steel one. that one was glass and he said it moved alot at higer speeds.

i like the color scheme you picked out.

LOHRTBT 01-14-2003 04:35 PM

I need to get mine adjusted since it moves around so much on the highway...sometimes I wonder if it will take off!! haha

Low87 01-14-2003 04:38 PM

Nice looking truck!

My cowl hood doesn't move at all on the highway, it's fiberglass and steel. I'm just getting rid of it because I want the stock on back on.

Myride 01-14-2003 08:35 PM

Nice truck.

brad2 01-14-2003 11:13 PM

I like it alot. That look is not trendy and will look great for a long time.

Ric83 01-15-2003 12:08 AM

Thnx. At first I wanted it all the top color but seeing that one got me thinking. I love the look of that one. And like brad2 said, it's not too common, so that really works for me. The only thing I am iffy about on that is the cowl hood. I think I may only go with it if I need it. http://www.stopstart.fsnet.co.uk/smilie/naughty.gif

I figured you would like "MY" wheels hehehe. Those will obviously be diff., but not sure on those yet. The ones I like only come in 22s or 24s, and I really don't think I will be going w/ that.

bill_ont_canada 01-15-2003 02:54 AM

Nice Colour Combo. I like it !!!

I hope I can find a used fiberglass Cowl hood for my '76

Does anyone know the weight difference between Fiberglass Hood and Steel Hood ????

BaggedC10 01-15-2003 10:21 AM

If your in the market for a fiberglass cowl induction hood, check-out www.eHarwood.com online. Someone I know from another board has one and says the quality and fit is better than stock. Others have nothing but great things to say about them.

bill_ont_canada 01-16-2003 02:24 AM

Thanx Low C10 but I need to find a good used Cowl Hood it's a matter of finance.
They got some nice stuff at Harwood , Sure like that Red '32

Thanx a lot keep me in mind...
