Just looking at the exterior picture - $1500 or so. Maybe $2500 or more depending on how the interior shows. Keep in mind a potential buyer will see what you've done but will be balking at what needs to be done.

This is excatly why we do not allow a "What's it Worth" post. It always turns in to a "For Sale" post intended or not.
