Dually Beds Anyone?

Does anyone have a picture of a 60-66 c-30 with a dually pickup bed on it? I know they didn't come factory but I know there were some pics a while back of a stretched truck. Does anyone still have them or any others? I want to build one for my truck but I can't find an example.
