Any specs on the fan? Are the mounting tabs broken off?

The fan can be mounted two ways. One by using the removeable tabs ( which I am missing 3) the other is by drilling into the other mounts. I have done it both ways and prefer not using the tabs since they are pretty loose. The fan itself has never been used. I bought it to use on a race truck and went another route. This was $60 new.
