o2 envoy

i have a friend of mine that has an 02 GMC envoy that has some strange cooling/heating issues.
both heat and ac come out of the bottom vents only and not the top, the ac system is fully charged. i think that it is the big V6. any ideas would be great!!!

this is a known problem it is probably the actuators that control the blend doors

can i use the same actuators for the blend control doors off of a Blazer and save some green?, and where are the actuators loacted?
