Steering column interchangability

Anyone know if a 60-66 chevy car 3 on the tree steering column will fit in a 66 chevy stepvan? I am assuming that a truck one of those years would, but not sure about the car ones?

We tried to put tilt from a car into a 1964 PU years ago but it was too short. Would just barely reach the fire wall. Don't know about a stepvan. You can measure it and see. I kind of doubt it but it might. I still have the car column and can measure it.

Come to think of it though we had a car column in a 65 truck from the early sixties non power steering and non tilt.
