I've got a 76 c10 which is pretty bad ass cuz it's all custom and I want to put one of those pioneer indash tv radios u know the 7inch touch screens that cost 450 but I don't know where to put it. I have a alpine cassete player buy it's almost on the floor. Please help me find a place to put post pics if you find a good spot:chevy:

do you have a stock dash bezel?

move the heater controls down to the radio spot and remove the a/c vent/ now there is enough room to install the large screen in the old raio hole and up.

why is your tape deck almost on te floor and not in the dash?

well you can either build a center console on the hump or ball up and cut the dash to make it look right.

granted, it will take a lot to make it look right no matter how you do it. but if you do a hack or crappy job its going to stand out to everyone.

go to the junk yard and scalp a couple of dash bezels and practice.

You could put it in the glove box but that kind of defeats the purpose...

A small center console is probably your best bet.

Is your stereo a double din like mine pictured above or a single din - 1.5 din stereo with a pop out/flip up screen? You can always open up the dash pad right above the ash tray and install it right were the center a.c. duct is at.
