1962 chevy kick panel Mold

Hey all, does any one have the measurements for the kick panel?
I'm gonna attempt make my own kick panels using Fiberglass resin/mat,
The confusing part is do i make the model to allow for the vent or make the mold to cover the vent.

Any ideas and/or help will greatly apreciated.
