Gmc no horn?

ANY HELP..... my horn wont work....sometimes after i press on center steering whell for a while it starts to work, but mostly nothing....2005 2500..:gmc2:

Its been a while since I have worked on a horn but it sounds like worn contacts in the wheel itself.

my best guess is a week relay located in the under hood fuse block. a quick swap of a same relay will prove it real quick. it's not the first gm horn relay to screw up on me.
