Paint interior

How u guys doing? So I got a ? About how to paint my interior. I wana paint my door panels and dash. Does anyone know steps to do it and what to buy. The thing is I don't wana spend alot of money cuz I'm guna get new panels and dash later on, so I just wana do something simple cus their different colors right now.any help would be good. Thanx.

Here's a pic of my interior. I only got my dash painted.i didn't do it myself one of my friends did it.he told me he just sanded it, primered, and painted it.
