Selling on Ebay
I'm trying to list some mid-century modern BRNO Flat Bar Chairs I have for sale on ebay. I finally figured out how to put in a reserve, but it is telling me there is a $50 listing fee and I'm not quite sure what it is for - possibly the reserve ($9,000). Do I have to pay this fee even if the item doesn't sell? Is there a way to list items without fee and still have a reserve?

Re: Selling on Ebay
you got high priced items and want the reserve you need to pay the fee// or you can try selling the chairs for $100each and charging $8900 for the shipping:metal:

Re: Selling on Ebay
yes, listing fees are no matter what. What is your starting bid...that will affect the fees as well.

Re: Selling on Ebay
I have the starting bid at $0.99. I guess I'm stuck with the fee or keep trying craigslist.

Re: Selling on Ebay
Yes, you will have to pay the Reserve fee if the Chairs don't sell. If they do sell, you don't pay the reserve fee, but you will pay a Final Value fee. You pay the listing fee regardless.
