For anyone wanting cheap headers that don't hang too low. I'm looking at the ceramic coated version of these for my show truck (179 though) These are blems and not sure how bad but figured I'd link them here. Shows more than 10 available right now...Item #180431033007

CHEVELLE & CAMARO, CHROME HEADER 1 PAIR


Chevy small block (283-400) chrome coated "SHORTY" style headers. The header includes 3" collector reducers, gaskets & bolts.
These headers fit:
1967-81 Camaro (will not fit Z28 or 1967-69 Camaro with A/C)
1968-87 Chevelle
1968-82 Corvettes
1968-87 El Camino
1964-87 Malibu
1970-87 Monte Carlo
1968-79 Nova
Note:The driver side header is 25 inches total length. The passenger side header is 26 inches total length.

Sorry, looked at the shipping and thought it was 25..actually 35...so 100 shipped...
They have these chrome ones for around 129 on ebay if you shop around so not sure it's worth it for these blems...

How do you know they will fit our trucks? Would they fit a 4X4?

not sure about 4x4 but I was running a pair of chevelle headers on my 72 Cheyenne and the only problem I saw was that a zerk on the a arm was a lil to close to grease but other than that they fit perfect.

edit: if I had used a 90 degree zerk there wouldve been no issues, I notice these are shorty version as well I had the long ones, so with these shorty Id say no issues. But there are others running them so Im sure someone else will have a opinion.

Not sure on 4X4 either...
The only issues I know are if you really want to tuck it tight to the framerails you have to modify the collectors to a 45 degree basically to get the exhaust tucked under the frame. Beats the 400-800 options out there...

You guys should check ou t this thread, it is a little old, but has some good info on the camaro/chevelle headers and how someof them do not fit out trucks.
