Wheel interchange

My 81 /12 ton 4x4 has 15 inch - six bolt wheels. Does anyone know if 16 inch wheels from a later model ( mid nineties) truck will fit? Thanks for your help.

IIRC the hub hole is too small. And if it does fit, b/s will make the tires stick too far in IMO.

as stated, my experience has been that the IFS 4x4 rims will not fit unless you bore out the center hole. your solid axle hubs won't fit through the rims
