71 GMC parting out
 

local sales only since i have no pics- my computer crashed and i lost everything and have to try relearning how to do pics. but if you are local and want to look at it you're welcome to come look at it. here's the info:71 GMC 2500 2wd, no motor, trans is in the bed, right inner and outer fender is junk.
#1-left front fender-$60.00 SOLD
#2-doors-$50.00 each extra mirror holes and 6" speaker holes,not rotted-SOLD
#3-small block p-s pump and brackets with pully-$40.00 SOLD
#4-small block engine stands-$20.00
#5-auto crossmember-$30.00
#6-chrome grille-$80.00 complete,one small dent in center bar-SOLD
#7-cab-$50.00 needs rockers and???-SOLD
the truck is pretty much complete so if you need little stuff it might be there still. i just hauled it home today and haven't gone over it real close yet since our weather is crappy out her in sunny california-it's rained every day since monday,yuk.
I was just underneath the cab between showers and the under side looks very solid, cab supports and floor look to be in very good shape so it appears a set of rockers and it would be a nice cab.

it has the leaf spring dana 60 under it $50.00, i haven't been under it to check for a ratio tag but since nothing is listed on the SPID i would assume it has 4:10s

sorry i have no pics available, my computer crashed and everything had to be wiped clean and start over with a blank slate. i have to find the disc for my camera and see if i can remember how to do pics. the trans i have no idea on condition so you can have it free.

Do you have the GMC outer grille trim pieces? The ones that go on the fender, I need left and right.

they are there but i'd like to sell them with the grille. if no interest in the whole set up i'll let you know.

Tim,
the harness is there, i'll have to check on condition. hopefully our crappy weather will clear out before the weekend so i can get out there and work on stripping it out. i pulled the fenders, grille and some interior pieces between showers yesterday but didn't pull the underhood harness.

Ron,
the entire frame is still in one piece, i have to keep it a rolling frame to dispose of the hulk. i will speak with the person that will be hauling it away and see if it's possible to get them back- i live in town and have limited space to tear a truck apart.

it has no trim holes now but according to the SPID it originally had lower trim only. i will check to see if it's a replacement or just had the holes welded up.

Dave, the fender has no holes except the emblem so either it's a replacement or the glovebox door has been changed-i never compared the VIN on the glovebox to the cab.
