c60 cab on c10 truck
 
anybody use c60 cab on c10 just wondering how much I would have to change. It looks like the floor is touch diffrent and fire wall is diffrent ?

you'd need to graft on the front 1/4 of the cab from a light duty (10 - 30 series) truck to make it work.

A C60 cab will physically bolt onto a C10.. But the firewall is different, along with the front part of the floors, kickpanels, A pillars, front cab supports, rocker panels, doors etc, You can bolt on standard cab doors, but without quite a few modifications there are no provisions to bolt on C10 fenders at the bottom rear.

a c60 is not cab over,just thinking about doing it because I want a small back window cab, and find c-60 that is in half decent shape. I am very experienced body guy. thanks for help
