20" anything will be pretty pricey... what is your budget?

Re: 20" 5 spoke

Coy's are cheap
BOSS 338's are cheap (with minor mod's required) - full set of 20's for $700
American Racing TTII's

Re: 20" 5 spoke

well whats your budget? if you go 245/40/20 and 295/40/20 staggered fitment tires will run you about $500 you could try ebay or craiglist and buy something secondhand

Re: 20" 5 spoke

the boss wheels are reasonable. As 72 said their are some set backs to the boss wheels if you have 1.25 rotors. my truck happens to have the 1" rotors and work with no problem. I have the boss 338 in grey finish. It was between those and the coys.

Re: 20" 5 spoke

the coy c-57's look alot like vintecs (wheels on n2trux), and they are about 1200 for 20x8.5 and 20x10 staggered set,

Re: 20" 5 spoke

I would look on CL for some good used deals. So have the tires. Also, look for closeout sets from last years models and such, tirerack.com is usually a good place for those. 20s have really come down in price in the last couple years.

Re: 20" 5 spoke

I always find my wheels on cl. If your patient and willing to wheel and deal id hop on cl and start searching. Love your LWB by the way...

From my personal expirience 20/20 combowill not suffice on a LWB. You might wanna reconsider and spend 200 bucks more and go with a 20/22 combo. The LWBs need a bigger wheels in the back to make it look right.

Do it once, do it right man. In the long run it'll save you a lot of money. Just my /02

Good luck.

i never had any problems with the 20" coys at all....i think 20's all around look fine, these on this truck were 20x8.5's on front and 20x10's on rear.....they bolted right on

i think they looked killer (josh's truck now):waah:

Re: 20" 5 spoke

There isn't a fitment issue with the Coy's, just the Boss wheels with the 1.25" rotor. They are supposed to be fixing the problem though.

I would stick with the 20's all around. Just my .02

What he is suggesting is that a 22/22 combo will look better than a 22/20 set up because they are taller. Personally, I do not agree. I think a staggered combo only looks good on these trucks if there are really low.

Here's mine with 20's, 20/22's and 20's again.

Man those are some really, really nice rims!! those get my vote for sure

Re: 20" 5 spoke

Coys C-57=Very nice looking wheels. I too would stay with 20s on your truck. Staggering to 22s in back would just be needless extra money for tires, and you cant rotate them at all at that point. And with the 5.3...I would need to rotate my tires.
:burnout:

Re: 20" 5 spoke

20's will look great but my .02 for a long bed i would do a 20/22 combo. The natural lines of the truck will make it look lower in the rear, even though it might not be. If you throw a 22 in the back it will have more of a raked stance. With it being such a long truck it might even give it a more level look! Both directions will make this truck soo sweet!! You really cant go wrong with any coys!

Re: 20" 5 spoke

There are some minor issues with the coys. You will need to flatten your dust cap or not run one for the coy center cap to sit flush. If you don't like that idea you could make some spacers. There have been several threads about it. I thought coy had the issue resolved but one of the local guys on here bought some and had a small issue. It was 1/8th to a 1/4" of interference, so it wasn't hard to overcome, it was also on the c-5's.

Re: 20" 5 spoke

Those coy wheels would look bad ass! I also like the idea of running 20s all the way around or 22s all the way around that staggered size front and back only looks good on trucks that are sitting on the ground. I think the coys are the best for your buck. I haven't heard anything bad about them either and alot of guys on here are running the c5s. you got my vote on those c-57s too.

WOW! Thats one of the most beautiful trucks I've ever seen! Might need to go out in the garage and look at it again after lunch. Cant wait to see what you do with the new red shortbed Bigarmzz.

My vote is Coys C5s 20s all the way around. No fitment issues with mine.

There is a CAD file floating around here that you can have spacers made. Very thin ones that go under the center cap.
