washer pump reservoir
Anyone know what model/ year truck I can take a washer reservoir with a remote pump and stick in my 76? I'm going to make it work- I really don't like the weak factory pumper
thanks in advance |
Re: washer pump reservoir
The newer square body Suburbans & Blazers have them starting about 1984 but the tank is pretty small.
The new body style trucks (88-98) have a bigger tank that will fit and this is what most guys install. The Suburbans & Tahoes with rear wipers have dual pump versions of the tank that could be used to feed headlight washer nozzles on a separate circuit if you want. 1969 Camaro RS cars had factory headlight washer nozzles that you can get pretty cheap and will work great. |
Re: washer pump reservoir
Someone did a write up on using a s10 tank that was really sharp.
