Ehhh My name is Ruben and i am hooked on squares. I sold a 81 swb a few years ago and have regreted it ever since:lol:. So now im back. I purchased this 84 bout 4 months ago for $700. It didnt run but hell its a square. I got it home and cleaned all the primer off of the windows, ya the windows. I then jerked the intake off and carb then installed a edelbrock intake and carb. It had no hood latch release and now does. I also got it a cowl hood and some clear outs. I just recently put on some 20'' Coys on it and tomorrow its getting a drop. Front will have a 3'' drop spindle which i scored off my brother in law for dirt cheaps and the rear will be a homemade flip kit. Which was a good idea:metal: Thanks Driveway Dreams:metal:. It will be a slow build, very slow as i am also remodeling my house. So heres the pics.

Sweet. Congrats on the truck. I used to own a 77' until somebody decided they wanted it more than me. <it was stolen> If it wasn't for that, I'd probably still own it. As it was, I owned it for 9 years. Loved that truck.

Glad to see you started a build thread man! I will be sure to watch. And like I said before, feel free to ask anytime. Good progress so far by the way. Oh, and those are the smallest damned 20s I have ever seen. ;)

Well I started washing the 84 this weekend when the dang primer started flaking off lol so well i figured its a good time to start sanding on her. I will post pics later on tonite. Im planning on taking her down to the frame and redoing all the front bushings. Anyone know where to get everything at?
