Truck came today to pick up my 80 chevy and take it to its new home in Meadeville PA. I am going to miss this one!
80 3/4 ton 4x4 Ex brush truck from Bonham Tx Fire Dept 24K orginal miles.

Yes, I bought this one about 10 mos ago. It also was a low mileage rescue truck / fire truck from Diboll Tx. I installed the bed on it after I bought it. I am glad I get to keep this one it is my favorite one anyway. My original plan was to keep both but, tough times call for thinning the herd.

The first picture rocks... especially since it's pulling a Dodge that's she's probably 15-20 years older than... :lol::metal:

Hello guys, We are the current owners of this pickup and nothing has changed but the tires and rims and the paint has been updated other than that it is exactly the same as it was when it left texas....

Bummer deal to see such a clean low mileage truck go sounds like you did what was best and its in good hands now. I would have loved to park that thing in my driveway haha :D

Please post pictures of the updated wheels and tires. It's pretty rare to have both buyer and seller chime in on the same thread. Very cool truck.

Thanks guys and pics will be updated soon, and the old gal runs like new! and we run it all the time balls out to get to our structure fires up here so it gets her exercise just like in texas. All the guys up here love it and want to make it our brush fire unit but we arent gonna give it up that easily. haha

nutsforchevys, how does that dually tow, does it struggle to pull that dodge around? My son says he has work for me pulling dump trailers around, so i'm thinking of an older square dually.
