need help with wheels

I am trying to decide between the 15 inch full baby moon hubcaps, or black rallys with the chrome ring. The truck is a 64 stepside and it will be a rat rod.(thoses words are over used) In other words, it will be flat black! what do you guys think? thanks

What do you mean by full baby moons? Are you talking about the 15" diameter spun aluminum caps? I personally think they look better on fenderless trucks.
