i have for sal a 73 chevy truck tach cluster with the original harness pulled from a running truck. looks to be real nice shape $150 plus the ride

That appears to be a 76-77 harness...if it has a mech oil pressure gauge like I think it does (pic is hard to tell).

It will NOT work in a 73 like you have it advertised without rewiring things

I have one from a 76' and had a 77' silverado with one.

The difference I remember is that the 77' looked exactly like yours, looking "later model" (Minus the orange, and red on the tach) but with the mechanical oil pressure guage.

The 76' had a single indicator light under the speedo and I'd have to look but if I remember right also under the tach. also there was no blue highlighted line on the speedo and tach.

I could be wrong but I though the Clusters went:
- 73'-76'
- 77'
- 78'-79'
- 80'-86'

Since the truck was running, how did the gauges function before removal?
