Police Spotlights?
Any idea if the police style pillar mounted spotlights non specific to the squarebody will work on one?

im sure if you replaced the wing window glass /w/ plastic, or diamond plate or something, yea, its possible....

i know it can be done.a freind of mine has one mounted through the pillar. itscol. i have one on a bench in my garage that i want to put on but i cant get myself do drill a fat hole in the pillar lol

Agree, my '79' C-30 had two at one time. (former municipal truck in an early lifetime). When I got it the spotlight on the passenger side remains and the driver's side hole is plugged.

Trench, I have dual Unity spotlights on my truck. They are not a universal fit. Go to Unity's web site for specific application information:

My C50 was a fire truck before, and had one on each side. The hole was actually in the roof, just above the pillar, though. You might think about that location. PM me if you'd like a photo of the hole location, etc...
