1949 Headliner

Can someone tell me the correct way to install a two piece headliner in my 49? I can get it in and lined up but there are gaps in all four corners. I'm sure I'm not doing something right. Thanks

I'm glad I'm not the only one. lol. I did find a something on the stovebolt forum but it wasn't very detailed.
