|
Re: Long Project: Orange Julius

http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j1...earbags001.jpg and then.... http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j1...earbags002.jpg |
Re: Long Project: Orange Julius
Nice stance. Are you bracing the inside of that notch?
|
Re: Long Project: Orange Julius
we braced it just enough... It doesn't need much since there isnt alot aft of that point
|
Re: Long Project: Orange Julius
Well, as I was looking through magazines at Barnes & Noble, I get a new email with this pic :) He put the bed on today just to get an idea of where good places are to mount everything as far as tanks, compressors and such...

Re: Long Project: Orange Julius
Hmmmm, I will have to talk to him about possibly boxing in the inner side of the frame. Im not gonna do alot of hauling with this truck, but if I want to throw an engine or something in the back, I just want to be safe...

Re: Long Project: Orange Julius
looks good

Re: Long Project: Orange Julius
Alrighty!!! Update time. I picked up a set of 18" Boyd Coddington Magneatos for it. I havent seen many of our year trucks with them and I really like them.
http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j1...60501668_o.jpg Also got a nice little discount on some billet trimmed taillights at the Good Guys Show in Del Mar http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j1...llights002.jpg And then finally, got the tanks, and compressors mounted up and all the lines and fittings are going to be run here in the next couple days http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j1...irtanks001.jpg http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j1...irtanks002.jpg http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j1...k/DSCF0737.jpg I have also decided on s color for the truck, but im keeping that a small secret until it actually happens ;) |
Re: Long Project: Orange Julius
Nice score....was the vendor there with those taillights? Or was it an individual selling a set...I am going to run those on my truck....eventually
|
Re: Long Project: Orange Julius
It was the vendor. Fesler Billet was the company
|
Re: Long Project: Orange Julius
so are you deployed? and someone else is doing the work
|
Re: Long Project: Orange Julius
Currently I am not deployed. However I do leave on the 8th, and yes, my father is doing all the work you have seen so far. Once I get back though, it is all my work to be done
|
Re: Long Project: Orange Julius
Man, i feel like there should be crickets in here...
|
Re: Long Project: Orange Julius
Hey, I can't be the only one to post ;)
It's funny though...I people hide these build threads...I've come accross many that were several years old that I've never seen until this month.... |
Re: Long Project: Orange Julius
