gas cap delete plate

I've looked all over the forum, ebay, and the internets and can't find the weld in gas cap delete plate. I saw in the past a forum member was making them but that post has since expired. Anyone know where I can get one?

These from infaniti fit great to. You can make your own but they are pretty inexpensive. They are laser cut and fun to install
