bolt pattern is the same, center bore and offset is different.

I ran 99+ work truck wheels on my panel for a little bit, but I had to use spacers.

I've got 2003 8 lugs on my 68 c20, dana 60 rear. They fit but don't put the tire out as far as stock, so I guess that means more backspacing? Had to use adapter lug nuts from Lugnutking on e-bay to fit the wheel and centercover. Don't know if the same applies for C10's though. Good luck.
