c-20 front suspension torque specs?

Hey! I want to start putting together my front end this weekend. What are the torque specs for pitman arm to relay rod, tierod to spindle, tierod to relay rod, idler arm to frame, tierod to idler arm and upper and lower ball joints? I have a 68 c-20 and don't know the 3/4 ton torque specs.
