i think all i need is lenghten the frame 19 inchs and rear cab mounts to do this. i am right or am i missing something

The 19 inches is correct.
You will need to move your rear cab mounts back 33 inches and either build or buy the middle cab mounts. The suburban middle body mount is the same. I had the idea to cut the middle section of the frame out of a 'burb to extend the frame.

thanks for the idea of the burb mounts. i will take alot of pics when the project gets started
