a little help?

Ok, well Im about to completly grind the caliper brackets off because they just wont clear, but Im not worried about that. My big problem is one tie rod [I think] I cant get the nut back on. WTF?!?! The joint just turns with it. I tried puting a fork in there and pushing so to cause pressure [thats how I got them off] but I cant get this last one on. Any suggestions?

the driverside tie rod end gave me the most trouble EVAR! it took me about 2 hours to get that one off. jon popped the passanger side one off in 2 minutes:rolleyes:

dont know what to tell you bout it though:( sorry

Try cleaning the threads and the tapers real good then put upward pressure on the joint with a jack to seat it into the socket. With pressure on it try to turn the nut on. This sometimes seats it enough to lock the joint preventing it from turning.

turns out one of the threads on the joint got, well removed :rolleyes It was completly gone somehow. Anyways me, a big o'l malet, a ball joint fork, and the ball joint had a long meeting tonight. Its on and secured :D
