I am betting you won't get much of a response here Aerotruck.

Hard to be a judge without knowing the facts. Maybe if you and Carl could post up some details and perspectives we could render some opinions?

Unfortunately that is not how the site works. If you guys had a deal and have an issue, hash it out in private or go through the proper channels..
1. work it out between yourselves
2. post in the bad review area
3. contact an administrator
