PULLEY WENT BALLISTIC! serp. setup for BBC NEED HELP!

Well I posted earlier in my build thread about my crank pulley going ballistic, and I'd rather not use the big heavy stock serpentine setup again (89' tbi 454 is the motor in question) and I was looking at the GMPP website and saw that they have an aluminium setup but I only saw the w/AC version, which I don't need. Does anybody know if GM does make a setup that only has PS , WP and alt.? Of course my truck broke down right before the work week starts again so Ive got to bum a ride, but I need an action plan fast! It was weird, when I first went to put a belt on the engine after re-assembly the crank pulley sat out way too far, I'm sure I could get another one easily at the junkyard, could I fix my original alignment problem simply by shimming out both brackets with washers?

stock setup: (note AIR pump no longer used, just acting as an idler)
