Inside windshield mouldings?

Do the aftermarket folks make a chrome INSIDE windshield moulding for a two piece windshield?

Is the stock moulding painted body color?

Have you even found painted aftermarket inside trim? I haven't looked for them but I thought I had seen other members here saying that the inside trim wasn't being reproduced by anyone.

 don't take my word for it. I'm old and senile. I could be wrong. Like I said, I thought I had heard that. Hopefully someone else will confirm it for you either way.

I think the originals (at least the ones I have) are stainless.

I've never seen the inside of the windshield in stainless. The doors were optioned in either chrome or stainless as I've seen those. I'm among the many that agree that the windshield trim is not repopped at this time.

My inside trim is stainless. As far as I have been able to find, and I have looked for 10 years, nobody offers them as a repop.

I've got an extra set of inside windshield trim in steel for a Splitter.

only inside windshield trim that is re-popped is the center bar trim.

but for what it matters my inside trim is regular steel.

I'm probably wrong, I would have sworn it was stainless. Now you've got me curious enough to go check.

I don't like things that reflect bright light into my eyes while I'm driving. I avoid high gloss in that area.

Re: Inside windshield mouldings?

I agree with Steve. The reflect issue would get annoying, however, they would look nice in chrome.
