Newer Jeep Wrangler lights also fit and they look fairly stock from a distance....

Yep, just a couple run of the mill electric horns. I have a pair of air horns mounted to the inside of the core support.

There was also an article in hot rod about getting some projector style lights made by hella and taking the lense of them to glue on the stock sealed beam lens, then after that add in a german made HID kit and got bright light with stock looks. The reason for the german kits is because the German Hella projector light has a better silver reflector inside of them and the German HID ballast kits also are brighter. I plan on doing this to my truck very soon because i like the HID's but i hate the projector lens with a passion.

i have a 1983 chevy c-10 step side, and i wanted to put on this 73-80 chevy front bumper with for lights in it how hard is it to put an older model bumper on a new truck like my 83 thanks

Re: come on and show me some pics.

You will have to mod the end of the frame and the shape of the bumper won't match your filler panel.

Don't pay attention to the date on the pictures, forgot to reset the camera after new batteries.

b i t c h i n 8 5: kinda, those are 55-66 step side fenders trimmed down to fit. The rearend under my CC is a factory 14 bolt for cab and chassis trucks. When i first installed the bed the duallies stuck out about 2", had these laying around and after lowering it I wanted my outer tires back. After a sunday in the shop, they are mounted (welded). Thanks for the complament, there has been a few mixed feelings about them around town but hey, "I LOVE THE LOOK !!!!!". Plus I watching people bending over to see what is under them just to find out there is a set of duallies.
