Door Panels

Friends,
I need pics, suppliers, creators, and information on door panels.

I've got some rotten old twill panels that don't cut it, and I can't seem to find anything cool, looking at the usual suspects' catalogs and websites.

Please chime in.

Here are ones we did for a customer. They are for a 77 and weren't finished. The panels were from Palco Industries and the insert we just made and put some fake leather on them. We don't show it but we made a thin fiberglass insert for the door handle and the switches. It was fairly inexpensive to make. It fit flush not like in the photo it was not screwed on in the pic

We sell door panels to. You won't find roddoors any longer. Their are only a handfull of makers so everyone sells the same stuff. Thier is a company here in Texas that makes some interesting stuff or used to.

I don't know if cost is a factor for you, but you might look into getting the panels recovered locally. I have a local upholsterer who is doing "driver quality" work that looks OK to me and is much cheaper than the reproduction or store items. Also, you can likely get some custom work done locally as mgbmike shows here.

slightly off topic, but how is the quality and fit of the Palco door panels?
