Sold my 86
 

So after using my 86 k20 as a work truck for the last few years I think I'm done, its starting to get some electrical bugs, rust is getting the best of the bed/cab corners and it's probably the most gutless 350 I've ever driven. I was going to repaint and build a 383 but it just not very cost effecient and the smog police here are making it hard to keep these old trucks on the road. It's too bad because I loved this truck, the new owner has big plans for it though

I found a 99 3/4 ton with 95k miles that I'm going to be picking up on Friday. I'm down to just ONE sqare body now, guess I better start looking harder for a 88-91 dually :lol:

snow and salt will do terrible things to a truck .. but there does come a point where you have to give up on em

Most people will hand over the keys before it comes to that..lol.

Sad to see another one go, but maybe the buyer will join and keep us updated on it.

Cochino, whats the wheel/tire and lift specs?

you can have my keys :lol: they don't do you too much good if the engine is missing a tow truck is what your probly going to need.
