Sounds just like me, picked my gmc up for $900 too (a 72)....and been creeping the board ever since

yeah its a lot of fun, i pulled my gas tank and im gonna grind the floor to the steel and use a spray liner as an undercoat before lining and carpet, i figured i might as well do it in one swoop

I just brought my 68 GMC home last saturday, and he same thing happened to me......Once I washed it......It became an entirly different truck

looks like a good start got to love them gmc's
its funny, i bought my 72 gmc for $900 and this is the first place i came for information. been here off and on ever since. still not finished with my 72 but just picked up a 68 gmc sunday for $600. once you get started it hards to stop. |

Took out the Gas Tank to be moved to the back, im gonna have to read alot in order to figure out how to hook it up!, currently im using a spray liner on the inside to protect the steel
