Only concern of mine would be the "no title". I know in some states a bill of sale is all that is needed but up here a title is recquired to operate a vehicle on the streets legally.

yea thats the only thing that bugs me about the truck. he said he was just selling it because the city has been on him to clean up the yard.

if it had a title i would jump all over it but if you just want it for parts not a b ad deal either

yea and its pretty high up. i like that its a change for me. my dad is going to go see how it runs and get some more info. also run the VIN make sure it doesn't pop stolen. really don't need a headach like that.

I still would not deal with it while not having a tittle... If someone lost a tittle a legit way its not hard to get a new one...
