WTB E-Brake Parts "J" hook
 

I'm looking for the j-hook and guide shown in the picture below. The PO used a coat hanger or something in place of the original one on my '69 SWB K10.:lol:

If you don't come up with parts let me know. The new owner of this chassis is putting 72 components on this frame, so there may be some extra parts available. Sharpie

Hey Shannon, if you dont have to have NOS stuff, LMC has it in the Catalog page 152, item number 34-3113 *park cable guide kit* states chevy and GMC 67-72, 29.95.

I have one of a 4x4 frame I was saving. trade for a body mount set. or the money to buy one.

Might be able to help here. Just went through your thread, and am thinking of going with a driveline e-brake on my K5. Crawled under mine tonight, and looked at my stock 1970 E-brake cable setup. Still have most of it intact, just haven't used it in years. Cables, brackets, etc, all still there. Swapping in 1 ton axles soon, so may be able to hook you up. Looks like most of it is good to go still! Let me know if your interested here, and I'll take some pic's! All still looks operational, I know I have the j hook assy on the passenger side. Actually, all of it is there as far as I know!

If you still need one I can look at the local yard on sat morning. When I was there a month or so ago they had a 4X4 71 (I think) with no bed on it. I will take a look and see if it is still there. Its in the section with the older vehicles so chances are good. Pending it dosen't rain of course. If its there is the hook and guide all you need. Please let me know. He is pretty reasonable with prices.
