Hello from Maryland

Hi all,

I just got my membership activated, so here's a pic of my C10 when I purchased it back in March:

It's pretty much my DD, a 350 (originally a 6-cylinder, some PO swapped that) 3 speed. A friend of my family has it now and is replacing the bed for me (faulty bedliner). It should be repainted within a month, so I can't wait to post pics then.

Re: Hello from Maryland

Thanks guys! I can already tell you guys are a lot more polite than a sport compact forum (don't ask ;) ) I was a member of before I got the truck. :)

junkyardjohn, am I to understand that there are two levels of membership, a free one and a $25 one? Makes sense.

In addition to this truck, I work for my dad who has both and '86 Silverado 1/2 ton and an '87 Sierra 3/4 ton (with 1 ton rear springs), the Sierra which I regularly drive as well. They're nice, but I just don't think there was ever a more handsome truck ever made than the '67-'72s.
