Front Bench Seat?

Hey guys,

Did Blazers or Suburbans come form the factory with front bench seats?

Thanks

Don't know about Blazers, but Burbs did . . . I had one in both of mine, still have one in the 2wd but the 4wd got converted to buckets and a stock console instead.

So a front bench from a Burb should bolt in?

Bench seats in suburbans do not pivot/fold forward. So if you put one in a blazer, you can not get in the back seat, if you put one in a pickup you can not access your rear cargo shelf area.

So I need to put one from a truck in there? How much fab work will that entail?

The floor is completely different, if you are wanting to put a bench in your Blazer. Look at a bench from a 88-98 ext. cab pickup to go into a Blazer. You will need to reinforce the floor a bit, and use grade 8 mounting hardware.
